PURPOSE: To strengthen joint in a column and beam joint section of precast concrete column members by simple constitution, make it possible to use then even in the joint section in which a yield hinge is in danger of occurring and, at the same time, to improve productivity.

CONSTITUTION: Since a precast concrete column member 10 connects column main reinforcing members 11 to each other in a column and beam joint section, sleeve joints 12 are provided to a column head section 10a positioned to the column and beam joint section. The column main reinforcing bars 11 are projected so that they are inserted in the sleeve joints 12 of a column head section of the other precast concrete column member 10 connected to the column base 10b downward therefrom. An air-vent 13 connected to a joint face of the column head section 10a of the other precast concrete column member 10 connected to the pedestal section is formed in the pedestal section 10b.
