Abstract:
To provide a system and a process for enabling the cost effective production of a highly precise or durable plastic gear to be used for a sheet treatment device such as a printer or a copying machine.
The precise gear for a driving mechanism in a sheet material supply and treatment device is molded of a plastic material. It has a micro-cell foam structure with micro-cells having diameters less than 50 microns.
