Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the weight of the title panel and to improve adhesive strength of a decorative sheet by a method wherein after the surface of a porous inorganic sheet material is ground, the surface is heated and an adhesive is applied thereon and the decorative sheet material is laminated before the adhesive is cured and then it is cooled.
CONSTITUTION: After the surface of a porous inorganic sheet material 3 is smoothly ground, the surface is heated and an adhesive 1 is applied on the ground surface of the heated porous inorganic sheet material 3 kept at a high temp. A decorative sheet material 4 is bonded to the surface of the heated porous inorganic sheet material 3 before the adhesive 1 is cured and then, it is cooled. In this composite panel, a porous inorganic sheet material prepd. by mixing synthetic resin particles and molding it or a foamed or porous inorganic sheet material contg. a number of closed cells 2 prepd. by using a foaming agent is used as a base material and a decorative sheet material such as a marble and a porcelain tile is adhered to the surface. In this time, the pressure inside of the cells is lowered by cooling and the adhesive 1 is diffused into the inside of the cells caused by the suction force to improve remarkably adhesive strength.
