PURPOSE: To obtain mops with strings well impregnated with oil solution but not sticky, and uniform in quantity allowing load rate increase by providing washed things adsorption treatment by use of an adsorption finishing machine after cycles of washing, rinsing and dehydrating by use of a washing machine and then putting them into a drying cycle by use of a dryer.
CONSTITUTION: Washed things, after going through washing, rinsing and dehydrating cycles by use of a washing machine, are provided adsorption treatment by use of an adsorption finishing machine shown in the figure, and then are dried by use of a dryer. When dust control products to be made are sprayed with oil solution in a water-retaining state before dried, owing to centrifugal force caused by rotation of a drums, and difference of specific gravity between water and oil solution, impregnation with oil solution in fiber is made uniform and perfect. While the load rate increase is possible, kinds of adsorption finishing machines of same capacity can correspond to washing machines of different capacity. Further, the time required for production can be shortened.
