Abstract:
To efficiently provide a prepreg comprising a resin composition and having excellent heat resistance and heat discharge characteristics and excellent dimensional stability, and to provide a laminated plate.
The prepreg having excellent thermal conductivity comprises: a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 1-99 pts.mass of a nonwoven fabric-like porous body of boron nitride nanotubes; and 99-1 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin is filled into the voids in the porous body.
