This laminated plate excellent in processability with the small diameter drill and having the high reliability by reducing the generation of the drill breakage and drill abrasion rate, and inhibiting the deterioration of inner wall roughness of the hole is obtained by using a prepreg obtained by impregnating a substrate with a resin composition containing (A) a modified phenol compound having ≤15 μm maximum particle diameter and 1,000-3,000 number-average molecular weight, (B) an epoxy resin and (C) a curing agent and drying.
