Abstract:
To provide a fiber reinforced thermoplastic excellent in impact resistance, a pre-sheet for manufacturing the fiber reinforced thermoplastic used for manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a pre-sheet for manufacturing a fiber reinforced thermoplastic, formed by a heat treatment of a laminate containing an unwoven fabric mat containing a reinforced fiber and a thermoplastic resin, and a reinforced fiber sheet neighboring the unwoven fabric mat and containing a reinforced fiber, in which the reinforced fiber contained in the reinforced fiber sheet has a longer average fiber length than reinforced fiber contained in the unwoven fabric mat, the unwoven fabric mat is an air-laid wave formed by an air-laid method, the reinforced fiber sheet is a carrier sheet used for transportation of the air-laid wave in the air-laid method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
