In press equipment used for pressing of a jig for pressing which has connecting means (arms 111, projecting pieces, engaging pins, etc.) for connecting an upper board 108 and a lower board 109 in a state wherein they hold an uncured mat laminate 110 between them, the jig is pressed by the downward movement of movable parts of hydraulic cylinder units 201 from above, and operating means 220 for engagement and disengagement of the connecting means provided for the jig for pressing are disposed in a state wherein they can be switched over between operating and non-operating positions thereof.
