Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming machine for a crank shaft which permits torsional forming in a state that a backlash causing the variation of torsional precision is suppressed and which enhances torsional precision.
SOLUTION: In this press forming machine for a crank shaft in which a torsional forging part and a shaping forging part are provided in the inside of a press, upper and lower kiss plates are attached between upper and lower die holders, a cushion cylinder 60 is attached to a bed hard plate 1, and a lower rotational guide 9 is held with the cushion cylinder 60. A head side oil chamber of the cushion press 60 is connected to a hydraulic source 70 via a direction switching valve 73, and an accumulator 71 is connected between the head side hydraulic chamber and the direction switching valve 73. And when the upper and lower kiss plates 35, 36 further execute a lowering stroke after mutual abutting, pressurizing force against a torsional die 10 is supported with the cushion cylinder 60.
