Title:
VACUUM DUAL THERMAL INSULATION CONTAINER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3544310
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally inter-shield hot and cold foods for storage, by forming an inner container from a plurality of individual spaced containers placed in parallel, and supporting the opening with an end plate of an outer container.
SOLUTION: In a container body 11, an upper container 17 and a lower container 18 as individual containers for constituting an inner container are vertically placed in parallel in a metallic cylindrical outer container 16. The outer container 16 is blocked by a blocking side end plate 21 for blocking its end and a release side end plate 24 formed by welding the openings 22 and 22' of the upper and lower containers 17 and 18, and forms a vaccum layer 25 by vacuum-sucking its inside. Respective ends of the upper and lower containers 17 and 18 are blocked by blocking end plates 34 and 34', and the openings 22 and 22' of the upper and lower containers 17 and 18 are released to the outside of the outer container 16. A lid 13 is plastics having insulating material 47 filled in it, and is covered with the release side end plate 24 of the outer container 16, the upper and lower containers 17 and 18 are provided. Thus, foods and drinks stored each individual container can be individually, independently, thermally insulated with high thermal insulation performance.
