PURPOSE: To stream easily resin to every nook and corner within a cavity without changing compression allowance and making injection pressure high so that a mold is moved in a parallel state, by providing the title device with a mechanical fixing device fixing a mold at a fixed position where the mold is broken, a space accumulating a fixed quantity of inflow resin within the mold and a compression device causing the resin within the space to be compressed and streamed into the cavity.
CONSTITUTION: A setting position of a locking detecting device 70 is applied to a control part 140, a lowering top force 12 is suspended at this position and locked mechanically by a mechanical fixing device 50. Then a gate part opening and closing mechanism 120 is opened and molten resin 24 is fed into a resin sink 20 through an injection device 100. After feed of a fixed quantity of the molten resin 24, resin flows into a cavity 21 from the resin sink 20. When the fixed quantity of the resin is fed, a signal is sent to a control part 140 through a screw position detecting device 117, the control part 140 receives the signal, closes the gate part opening and closing mechanism 120, a command signal for starting of compression of the resin is sent to a solenoid valve, hydraulic pressure is sent to a compression cylinder 4 and the resin within the mold is compressed.
