To execute drawing and bulging without generating crack or wrinkle by changing a blank holding force since an arbitrary forming stage by suitably and frequently allowing an advancing or retreating bead member to apper or disappear.

When the downward moving of an upper die 10 is advanced against a lower die 20, a blank holder 22 is moved downward against the lower die 20 following to the downward movement of the upper die 10, the top end part of a punch 21 is brought into contact with a blank B, and drawing or bulging against the blank B is started. As the top end part of an advancing or retiring member 26 is sunk inside blank holder 22, drawing or bulging against the blank B is advanced in the state that the blank holding force is applied on its peripheral part with a fixing bead receiving part 24 and a fixing bead 14. Thus, the blank holding force acting on the peripheral part of the blank B is increased, and drawing or bulging against the blank B can be executed without generating crack or wrinkle.
