To provide a pressure pipe joint which is superior to impact resistance and water pressure resistance by performing polyvinyl chloride system resin composition powder by injection molding without requiring pelletizing process such as an extrusion granulator except an injection molding machine.
The pressure pipe joint is obtained by graft copolymerizing vinyl monomer whose polyvinyl chloride is main component at specific rate with respect to fraction of 1 to 50 % by weight of acrylic system copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing an (meta) acrylate of which glass transition temperature of a homopolymer ranges from -140°C to 0°C and a mix comprising a weight portion which is 100 pts.wt of total amount of radical polymerized monomer and a weight portion of which multi-functional monomer ranges from 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. The joint performs by injection molding the polyvinyl chloride system resin composite powder which adds organic tin mercapto stabilizer with specific amount and a polyethylene oxide with specific amount whose acid value ranges 15 to 20 and molecular weight ranges from 1500 to 5000 with respect to the weight portion of which a polyvinyl chloride system graft copolymer is 100 pts.wt.
