Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet with a separator and an optical assembly and a method for assembling the same, the sheet having such characteristics as excellent transparency and mountability and no adhesion of a silicone resin upon adhesive reliability evaluation.
The sheet comprises pressure sensitive adhesive layers for bonding optical materials, the both surfaces of which are equipped with plastic separators, wherein at least one of the separators is made of a polyolefin plastic film, a difference of peel forces from the pressure sensitive adhesive layer between the both plastic separators is 0.1 N/25mm or more and a total light transmittance of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is 80 % or more.
