Title:
PRESSURE SENSOR FOR DETECTING LIQUID LEVEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63233344
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and the enhance accuracy, by constituting the title sensor so that pressure-sensitive conductive rubber changing in its resistance value corresponding to a pressure is used and the pressing place of one electrode plate is changed by the adjustment mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a diaphragm 19 receive the pressure from a pressure introducing pipe 18a, the diaphragm 19 expands and a press shaft 20a moves to press one electrode plate 21 from above. The resistance value of pressure- sensitive conductive rubber 24 changes corresponding to the pressing force of said shaft 20a. Herein, since the press shaft 20a is made columnar an the press end surface thereof is made planar, the electrode plate 21 is pressed in a planar state and the pressing force of the press shaft 20a is dispersed corresponding thereto. Therefore, even when the position of the press shaft 20a is slightly shifted from the positions of electrode plates 21, 22 no effect is almost exerted on the characteristic of the rubber 24 but, when minute adjustment of sensitivity becomes necessary, a screw 25 is revolved to move the electrode plates 21, 22 to proper positions. By this constitution, the structure is simplified and accuracy is enhanced.
