Abstract:
To exactly detect curing state of a pre-grout resin in constructing a pre-grout PC steel.SOLUTION: A pre-grout PC steel applied to a pre-stressed concrete structure comprises: a PC steel wire (a PC steel wire strand 110 or a PC steel wire 310) to which tensioning force is applied; a coating material (a coating material 130 with rib or a coating material 230 without a rib) coating the PC steel wire; an ordinary temperature curing pre-grout resin 120 filled into a gap between the PC steel wire and the coating material in an uncured state and being cured after the PC steel wire is tensioned; and an optical fiber 150 which is parallel to a longer direction of the PC steel wire, is not twisted, is not in contact with the PC steel wire, is not accompanied with an adhesive, and is buried in the pre-grout resin 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
