To switch a polarizing direction through one time of operation without necessity to detach a polarization switching mechanism by providing a turning mechanism for respectively turning a twist board and a transformer just for the predetermined specified range and generating the presence/absence of position deviation in the turning direction of respective waveguide parts.
When it is desired to output a horizontally polarized wave, for example, a fixing screw 7 is detached and a #1 twist board 2 is turned in clockwise direction. By this turn, a guide pin 14 is slid in a guide groove 17 and when it is abutted to its terminal part, this time, a #2 twist board 3 is turned together. When a guide pin 15 is slid in a guide groove 18 by the turn of the #2 twist board 3 and abutted to its terminal part, this time, the #1 twist board 2, #2 twist board 3 and transformer 4 are integrally turned up to the range regulated by a guide groove 19. Therefore, only by turning the #1 twist board 2 in the clockwise direction until not to be turned any more and fixing it with the screw 7, the horizontally polarized wave can be outputted.
