PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an administrator needs to grasp consistency between account registration information that a printer holds and account information that each user inputs in detail for authentication printing and to perform intricate update operation, and the problem in which a user is unable to print without the update operation.SOLUTION: An administrator sets a second identifier group that a user can update, and then account registration information is automatically updated based upon account information that the user inputs.
