Abstract:

The individual sheets (2a,b) which are cut from the paper webs are turned on a further conveyor path selectively in their position 90 degrees relative to the supply direction of the web. The sheets are then supplied in single or multi rows in succession over a common conveyor section of the further conveyor path for further processing. The conveyor section of the further conveyor path deviates by 90 degrees from the supply direction of the web. Cutting the web or individual sheets lengthwise is carried out before, during or after the cross-cutting. The individual sheets can be cut lengthwise several times.
