Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the adjustment simple and easy when the incorporation of the printer into a printer main body, and prevent troubles such as injury to be caused by touching a linear scale, generation of malfunctions, and stop of function and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A main guide rail 51 for providing the traveling of a carriage 4 is set, and also a rail stay 52 for retaining the main guide rail 51 is set on the end, while a guide face 521 for guiding the traveling of the carriage 4 together with the main guide rail 51 is provided on the other end of the rail stay 52. A folding section 522 is formed on a part of the rail stay 52, and a linear scale 53 is provided on the inner side of the folding section.
