Abstract:
To inhibit a shape of a character printed on a heat-shrinkable tube from being distorted significantly from a normal shape after the shape of the character shrinks to fit with a shape of an object.SOLUTION: A printer 1 prints on a heat-shrinkable tube T and includes: an acquisition part which acquires object information including a shape and a size of an object 50 to which the heat-shrinkable tube T is adhered and information of a character 41 to be printed on the heat-shrinkable tube T; a generation part which corrects the information of the character 41 to be printed on the heat-shrinkable tube T based on the information of the object 50 and the information of the character 41 to generate print data; and a thermal head 10 which prints on the heat-shrinkable tube T based on the print data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
