To provide a printing plate that can prevent ink from spreading in lateral etc., of a printing plate, and can prevent the ink from falling from the printing plate while improving the efficiency of using the ink, and to provide a method of manufacturing the printing plate and a printing machine.
Side edge grooves 21c and 21d are provided respectively near both side edges of the printing plate 21 used for the printing machine and where the ink is filled up. A method of manufacturing the printing plate 21 used for the printing apparatus to fill up the ink includes: a step of preparing the base material for the printing plate; and a step of forming the side edge grooves 21c and 21d near both side edges of the base material for the printing plates, respectively.
