Abstract:
To attain energy saving measures while eliminating an adverse effect of combustion exhaust gas on an environment in a printing system.
A printing machine 1 includes a drying function for at least printed matter, a combustion type deodorizing apparatus 9 deodorizing exhaust gas generated by the drying function, and a roller cooling apparatus. The printing system utilizes waste heat in the printing machine 1 utilizing combustion exhaust gas of high temperature generated by the deodorizing apparatus 9, as a heat source of the roller cooling apparatus. The combustion exhaust gas of high temperature is thus utilized as the heat source of the roller cooling apparatus to attain the energy saving measures while being environmentally friendly.
