Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling a user to arrive at a destination more reliably by a desired time in a distributed print processing technique in which a plurality of print output devices share print jobs and execute them in parallel.SOLUTION: A print control device controlling a print job acquires, with respect to a print job that a user who moves to a destination receives print outputs by two or more use target devices, information on an arrival target time of the user to the destination. And, the print control device determines the two or more use target devices sharing and executing a plurality of divided jobs obtained by dividing the print job among a plurality of print output devices. The two or more use target devices are determined on the condition that the user can arrive at the destination by the arrival target time on the basis of the route length of the route reaching the destination via the two or more use target devices and the planned travel speed of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
