Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a calory of fuel gas supplied to a burner at a pulverization plant without using any exclusive measurement instrument.SOLUTION: A flow rate Fof steam derived from coal and a flow rate F+Fof impossible observation air are derived in reference to diffusion gas flow rate balance model and oxygen concentration balance model under application of a flow rate Fof fuel gas (BFG), a flow rate Fof combustion air, a flow rate Fof dilution air, a flow rate Fof diffusion gas and Oconcentration at an exhaust side of a bug filter. Moisture content of coal is derived on the basis of a flow rate Fof steam derived from coal, a fed amount of coal pre-fed as an operating condition and a moisture content of product that is given in advance as environmental condition. Then, a calory of fuel gas (BFG) is derived through the heat balance model under application of a flow rate Fof steam derived from coal and a flow rate of impossible observation air F+Fand a moisture amount of coal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
