Abstract:
To provide a process for easily producing a motor coil featuring high space factor, high heat dissipation efficiency, and the like, in which such a problem as the electric resistance increase at a bend is eliminated.
In the process for producing a motor coil of rectangular conductor having a straight part and a bend where the cross-sectional area of the conductor at the straight part is equal to that at the bend, the rectangular conductor is produced using a rolling machine having a roller where a cylindrical section and a conical section are integrated.
