To provide a bleaching solution composition for silver halide color paper which suppresses fouling of a solution and increase of stains of a finished print due to separate rapid processing, and yields satisfaction with respect to good image quality of a finished print and convenient and quick feelings, and to provide a processing method.
A replenisher processing composition is provided, which is used in processing of silver halide color paper including the steps of color development, bleaching and processing with a solution having fixing ability, wherein a bleaching replenisher contains an iron (III) complex salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as a bleaching agent and a replenisher having fixing ability contains at least one organic phosphonic acid in an amount of ≥50 mol% based on the iron complex salt concentration of the bleaching replenisher.
