To provide a processing system of organic waste which can greatly reduce amount of energy to be newly supplied from outside of the system when solid fuel is manufactured by utilizing watery organic waste such as sewage sludge, cattle excreta and garbage as a raw material.
The processing system of the watery organic waste comprises a drier 3 which heats the watery organic waste to obtain a dried matter and gas containing water vapor, a compressor 4 for compressing gas discharged from the drier 3, a gas flow conduit 12 for latent heat conduction in which water vapor in the gas of raised temperature discharged from the compressor 4 is condensed and further latent heat generated in keeping with condensation is conducted to the organic waste in the drier 3, a reformer 6 which heats the dried matter supplied from the drier 3 to obtain partially carbonized solid matter and exhaust gas, a secondary combustion furnace 5 for burning the exhaust gas discharged from the reformer 6 and a heat conduction means 16 for using heat generated in the secondary combustion furnace 5 as at least a part of a heat source of the reformer 6.
