To provide an automatic developing machine for a photosensitive material by which stable injection performance can be obtained, such density irregularity as spot irregularity does not occur, and which has rapid aptitude by specifying contact angle of processing liquid on the liquid contact part member of a processing liquid supplying means.
This processor has a member constituting the liquid contact part of the processing liquid supplying means supplying the processing liquid to the emulsion surface of a photosensitive material through a gaseous phase, and the contact angle of the processing liquid on the liquid contact member is made ≤70°. In this case, the processing liquid is introduced to a chamber 2 through a liquid entering port path 1 obtained by narrowing the area of a flow passage, and a diaphragm 4 is deformed by a driving element 3, so that the sudden volume change of the chamber 2 occurs and the processing liquid is injected from an orifice. The orifice is constituted of an orifice channel 7 and an orifice plate 8. A wall on the upper part of the chamber 2 is formed of the diaphragm 4, and the displacement of the driving element is transmitted by the intervention of the diaphragm 4. The contact angle of the processing liquid on the plate 8 is 20°, for example, and the contact angle of the processing liquid on the wall surface of the chamber 2 is 45°, for example.
