PURPOSE: To obtain Al laminated material having excellent adhesion and bonding by making the chemical conversion treatment layer formed on the joint face of Al alloy brazing filler metal to be located between Al material to be joined and said brazing filler metal and by joining with overlapping Al material each other or with other metal materials.
CONSTITUTION: A K3AlF5 chemical conversion treatment layer is formed by treating the joined face of Al alloy brazing filler metal with the chemical conversion treatment liquid consisting of the solution of KHF2. Then Al material (Example: Si containing Al alloy) each other or Al material and other metallic material are made to be located between the Al material to be joined by said chemical conversion treatment layer and said brazing filler metal and overlapped in the prescribed number and heated. The Al laminated material consisting of Al material each other via said brazing filler metal or Al material and other metallic material is thus obtd.
