Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles which lower productivity even when the width of a web is increased by specifying the ratio of an optional transportation length of a tenter to the total length in the transportation direction of parts in which a web is held by clips in a tenter of the same length. SOLUTION: A T-shaped flip 12 with a large area and a T-shaped flip 13 are combined alternately and arranged on the web side and and the out side respectively so that a web holding area and a holding length in the transportation direction are made almost continuous. The clips are connected by a chain to travel along a rail 11. The ratio Lr=Ltt/Lt of an optional transportation length Lt (m) to the total length Ltt (m) in the transportation direction of parts in which the web is held by clips in a tenter of the same length Lt is made to be 1.0<=Lr<=1.99. Since the clips are in the form of the combination of reciprocal T-shaped types, a continuous state without gaps in the transportation direction is made, a tension distribution to the web is made uniform, and productivity can be improved to the widening of the web.
