Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing coated plywood for concrete forms which have smooth surfaces and may be easily peeled from concrete placing surfaces in spite of wooden boards, such as coniferous tree plywood, which has knots, worm eaten holes and cracks on the surface and includes components to hinder adhesion.
SOLUTION: Only process (a) or either of process (a) or (b) among the process (a) for sealing and repairing the surface of the wooden boards treated or not treated with a primer by applying a high-hardness and high-solid-component surface treating agent having ≥50° in the coating film harness by an Asker D hardness meter after curing at ≥70% of the non-volatile component on the surfaces described above, and the primer coating process (b) for applying a primer coating resin liquid consisting essentially of water base latex and/or water base resin emulsion, isocyanate compd. and/or azilidine compd. and filler or the primer coating resin liquid contg. further a formaldehyde resin and hardener for the resin in the compsn. described above, is executed first. The other process is then executed and thereafter, the process for applying a finish coating liquid consisting of a non-solvent type urethane resin coating material or UV curing type coating material is executed.
