Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply produce a concrete block having a decorative material embedded therein having a beautiful finish surface.
CONSTITUTION: A decorative material 3 is placed on the bottom part of a form 1 so that the exposed surface thereof is turned downwardly and a two-pack type embedding resin 4 consisting of a hydrophylic polyorethane resin solution and an aqueous emulsion of a release agent is injected in the form 1 to embed the decorative material 3 up to predetermined depth and, after the embedding resin 4 is reacted and solidified, concrete 5 is cast in the form 1 to be solidified and, after demolding, water is supplied to the embedding resin 4 to swell the same and the swollen resin 4 is released. By this constitution, a concrete block 7 is simply produced and beautifully finished without finishing the surface of concrete 5 and the decorative material 3.
