Abstract:

To provide a production control system capable of adjusting an implementation order of processes flexibly.

A process flow (information) 260 includes information on processing in each process, the flow numbers of each process and information 270, 280 indicating whether implementation order of each process is adjustable or not. Either order adjustable information 270 indicating that the implementation order is adjustable or order unadjustable information 280 indicating that the implementation order is unadjustable is added to each process by, e.g. state of flags. A production control system 200 extracts an order adjustable process which has not been implemented yet and includes the adjustable information 270 by an extracting means 220 with reference to the process flow 260 and adjusts the implementation order of the extracted processes by an adjusting means 230.
