Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a cloth united with interlinings by dot-processing of the cloth in the form corresponding to the interlinings in required parts, and heating of the cloth laminated with an interlining web by means of a bonding press machine. CONSTITUTION: This cloth, which is united with interlinings, is produced by dot-processing of the cloth in the form corresponding to the interlinings with a hot melt type of resin, laminating the cloth with a web which contains hot- melt type of fibers, and heating the web-laminated cloth with a bonding press machine. In such a way, the web is formed as a nonwoven fabric and simultaneously the web which has become a nonwoven fabric is bonded with the cloth to produce a cloth united with interlinings, thereby enabling simplification of cutting of the cloth and interlinings respectively fit to the cloth and the interlining work.
