Abstract:
To contemplate an eternal recycling effect by firing a mixed waste product consisting essentially of waste concrete at a high temp., vitrify, to make it crystallize recrystallize and harden.
Various mixed waste products consisting essentially of waste concrete are crushed without sorting, then charged into a mold made of a refractory raw material, fired at about 1400°C to vitrify, and subsequently cooled at about 1100°C to crystallize and later cooled to about 800°C to recrystallize, and subsequently hardened thus to obtain a hardened product.
