Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing an aroma-rich distilled liquor so designed that kettle-like offensive odor is not generated, the alcohol levels, flavor and aroma, etc., of the final product can be controlled as desired, and the cooling water for cooling the distilled vapor can be reduced significantly.
CONSTITUTION: Several condensers for the vapor distilled from a distillation kettle are installed to separate and condense the high-boiling and low-boiling fractions of said vapor, and the respective fractions (liquids) are then mixed, and the palate and flavor of the resultant distilled liquor are controlled properly depending on the mixing proportions.
