To provide a method for producing a double strew and production apparatus therefor wherein molding of end parts of an outer pipe and an inner pipe assembling of the outer pipe and the inner pipe into the double strew and packaging of the double strew are performed.
This double strew producing apparatus comprises a molding device 9 for molding end parts of an outer pipe and an inner pipe made of a thermoplastic material, an assembling device 14 for inserting the inner pipe, into the outer pipe and reducing the diameter of another end part of the outer pipe to assemble a double strew 5, a waiting station 10 for stocking temporarily the double strews 5 drawn out from the assembling device 14, a packinging device 11 for sealing successively the double strews 5 with packaging films 6 and 7 by a predetermined interval to form a boudle strew packed belt 8 and a winding device 12 for winding the double strew packed belt 8 and winding it on a bobbin.
