Title:
PRODUCTION OF ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM DISPERSION LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3666526
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an endoplasmic reticulum dispersion liquid so that endoplasmic reticulum having a two-molecular film multilayered structure including an oil phase show good storage stability and that endoplasmic reticulum having a small particle size can be obtd.
SOLUTION: A system comprising a film forming component, oil component and a part of water phase is kneaded at a temp. lower than the phase transition temp. of the film forming component while high shearing force is added so as to produce a liquid crystal compsn. Then the rest of the water phase is added and mixed to the liquid crystal compsn. to form an endoplasmic reticulum dispersion liquid in which the oil component is included in a two- molecular film multilayered structure comprising the film forming component. By this method for forming the endoplasmic reticulum dispersion liquid, endoplasmic reticulum having the oil component surrounded by the two-molecular film multilayered structure can be stably dispersed in water so that the liquid shows such properties that stability of the oil-inlusion can be improved compared to an O/W emulsion and that the endoplasmic reticulum is not easily broken by other components. By this method, the endoplasmic reticulum dispersion liquid having excellent storage stability can be obtd. without causing separation of the oil component in the dispersion liquid during storage, and especially, the endoplasmic reticulum can be formed to a small size as about 0.1 to 0.5μm average particle size as well as various kinds of oil components can be included.
