A macro file in which a working procedure to be performed and/or data necessary for the working are described is previously prepared, and then the macro file is carried out by a macro manager 11 when necessary, so that a production managing application 10 is automatically carried out in accordance with the working procedure and/or data described in the macro file. Consequently even work requiring operator's input operation but allowed to be routinized can be automated by using the macro function.
