Abstract:
PURPOSE:To uniformly maintain the skeleton of a perforated body without cracking at the time of bending of the metallic perforated body and to uniformize the perforation rate by subjecting a laminated sheet fixed with a non-woven fabric and a hardly deformable mesh body to a plating treatment. CONSTITUTION:The non-woven fabric 1 and the hardly deformable mesh body 2 are integrally fixed by welding or adhering to form the laminate 3. This laminate 3 is plated in a plating cell 4. The two layers laminated with the mesh body 2 on one side of the non-woven fabric 1, the three layers laminated with the mesh bodies 2 on both sides of the non-woven fabric 1 and/or laminated with the non-woven fabrics 1 on both sides of the mesh body 2 or the multiple layers laminated with a required number of sheets of the non-woven fabrics 1 and the mesh bodies 2 are otherwise subjected to the plating.
