Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuing stable operation of a generating apparatus of high temperature combustion gas for a long period by preventing a fire grate from clogging with clinker or the like when an organic fuel is burned on the fire grate.SOLUTION: An organic raw material 202 such as biomass is heated and gasified by combustion gas H generated by burning an organic fuel T on a fire grate 12 having gaps 34 of a variable size in a production method or production apparatus of generated gas. The size of the gaps 34 is varied as often as needed to prevent the fire grate 12 from clogging with a clinker or the like. An auxiliary combustion chamber 18 is installed in which generated sludge, tar and the like are burned to recover heat.
