Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a producing method of a high density MgIn2O4 based sintered compact.
CONSTITUTION: This MgIn2O4 based sintered compact is obtained by forming a compact by the use of a mixture of indium oxide powder with a magnesium component containing powder as a raw material without calcining, and sintering the compact at an atmosphere pressure.
