To provide a toilet seat device capable of inhibiting seating detection from malfunctioning.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes a toilet seat, a heater 43, a heat diffusion part 41 for diffusing heat of the heater, a detection circuit 54 for detecting seating on the toilet seat by change in electrostatic capacity of the heat diffusion part, and a power supply circuit 50 for supplying power to the detection circuit. The power supply circuit includes a rectification circuit 60 for rectifying AC voltage supplied from an AC power source, a smoothing capacitor 62 for smoothing the rectified voltage rectified by the rectification circuit, and converting the same into DC voltage, and a conversion circuit 64 for converting the DC voltage generated by the conversion by the smoothing capacitor into DC voltage corresponding to the detection circuit. The conversion circuit include a transformer 66 that electrically isolate a primary side and a secondary side, and a primary side and secondary side coupling capacitor 71 that couples a primary side with the secondary side. The rectification circuit includes a rectifier diode 610 and a stabilization capacitor 620 which is connected to the rectifier diode in parallel and stabilizes electrostatic capacity of the heat diffusion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
