PURPOSE: The above mentioned microcapsule, having superior mechanical strength and as occasion demands, able to dischargedcore material by melting and dissolution, obtained by polymerizing vinyl group monomer in the solvent dispersing solution of halogenated hydrocarbons, having - NCO radical more than two and forming the outer wall of capsule with the above vinyl polymer.
