PURPOSE: To achieve high adhesive strength and the reduction in adhering time by coating one liquid component which is of two part type, immiscible and solventless, cured at the room temp., of modified acrylate adhesive agent on one side of a polarizing film, coating the other liquid on a transparent plastic plate and sticking both.

CONSTITUTION: One liquid of the two-part immiscible, solventless, room-temperature setting type modified acrylate adhesive agent comprising a composition 1 consisting essentially of an acrylate resin and a composition 2 comprising essentially a synthetic resin of liquid form contg. unsaturated double bonds that can cause setting reaction by radicals is coated on at least one side of a polarizing film comprising a high polymer film, and the other liquid of the adhesive agents is coated on one side of a transparent plastic plate comprising cellulose triacetate etc., and both are stuck together. This yields the polarizing plate of extremely high productivity and high performance.
