Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet material giving appearance of stereoscopic pattern, thus suitable for facing floor tiles, wall tiles, or furniture all of which have full of variety.
CONSTITUTION: A base material 1 is laminated with a printed vinyl chloride resin film 2, a fiber-incorporated sheet 3 printed deeper than for the film 2, consisting mainly of a vinyl chloride-based resin and containing 50-90wt.% of thermofusible fibers, and a transparent vinyl chloride resin layer 4, in this order, followed by hot pressing to effect monolithic fusing, thus obtaining the objective sheet material.
