Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce specialty salt containing various kinds of minerals, utilizing easily available natural resources, by immersing natural ion exchange material in an aqueous solution of salt, and separating the leached liquid from the exchange material.
CONSTITUTION: A natural ion exchange material (e.g. zeolite, acid clay, bentonite, etc.) is immersed in an aqueous solution of salt, and the leached liquid is separated from said exchange material to obtain the objective specialty salt.
