Abstract:

To change an industrial waste into valued substance by carrying out a tack-free treatment of substance having high adhesiveness and a high concentration regardless of the concentration, solidifying the obtained tack-free substance, finely pulverizing the solidified substance and producing various resin-processed and molded product or a coating from the pulverized substance when the substance having high adhesiveness and a high concentration such as a coating and an adhesive widely used over the all industrial fields becomes the industrial waste such as the waste coating, pot-like expired coating and waste adhesive.

A waste coating, pot-like expired coating, a waste adhesive or the like, having high adhesiveness and high concentration is inserted into a stirring water vessel 1, and water is added thereto. A chemical is mixed with the substance with water inserted in the vessel, an originally developed agent is also added thereto, and the substance is stirred well to form the waste coating, the pot-like expired coating, the waste adhesive or the like into the tack-free one and to provide a powder. The obtained powder is added to a raw material in an amount 50-70%, and formed into a building component, an artificial marble, an FRP molded product, a member for engineering works, coating or the like.
