Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a black period of an ultra short time according to a frequency of a video signal input during a projection period without significantly changing a circuit or the like constituting a device.SOLUTION: A projection device comprises a fluorescent wheel 31 in which color light selection areas 31T, 31G selecting color light to radiate in a process to transmit or to reflect light from a light-emitting element and shield areas 31B1, 31B2 not radiating the light from the light-emitting element are provided on a rotary peripheral surface, a micromirror element (14) forming an optical image using the color light radiated from the fluorescent wheel 31, and a projection lens part (17) which projects an optical image formed by the micromirror element (14) to a projected object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
